Meet The Owner

Annie Rangel

Annie's Lunch Box opened in April 2024 using classic Vallergas recipes as well as our own unique creations. I worked at Vallergas for 22 years and am super excited to carry on the legacy with full blessing from the Vallerga family.

Annie's Lunch Box is locally owned and family operated. My sons Matt and Tyson work in the trailer daily as well as my mom Debbie. My brother John is a huge supporter with pretty much anything I need. My husband David and my pup Rico are my biggest fans.
